New flavor combinations with a frozen lemon

Here's a little tip to use a whole lemon totally waste-free, allowing you to add new flavors to your dishes:

Always prefer non-treated lemons,

  • Place the washed lemon in your freezer,
  • Once frozen, take a grater and grate the lemon as is (no need to peel),
  • Sprinkle on top of your food.

Yum! on salads, white meat, fish, chicken, osso bucco, risotto, tajine, noodles, rice, melted butter sauce, ice cream and even as flavour enhancer in place of salt…
